You can exchange and return your products within 30 days of receiving your package.

 

To accept returns, products must be returned in their original condition, including the packaging, labels, and any potential accessories, in perfect resale condition. They must not have been installed or damaged. We recommend taking photos or a video of your product before returning it to ensure there are no signs of use.

Euro Premium Parts will be responsible for paying shipping costs for all returns.

Each return or exchange will be inspected by our team.

Return Procedure:
You must follow this procedure to make your return.

We advise you to keep the tracking number; otherwise, we cannot guarantee the proper receipt of your return package.

Once received, we will inspect the accessory and process your request. Please allow up to 10 days for the return to be processed after we receive it.

If the accessory has a confirmed defect, we will promptly issue a credit or a refund.

The refund is made after processing by crediting the credit card you used to place your order, or by providing a credit note valid for 6 months if you choose this option.

If it's an exchange, the new item will be sent to you as soon as possible.
