1. Remove the worn button

Push the window switch downward as you would to lower the window. Keeping it depressed, slide a flat-head screwdriver beneath the lower edge and gently lever upward to release the button.

Place the new button with its top section facing down, in the same orientation as the window-lowering direction. Hold the upper part with your right index finger and press the lower section firmly with your left thumb until it snaps securely into position.
