Returns & Exchanges Policy

You may exchange or return your products within 30 days of receiving your order.

Before initiating any return, you must first contact our After-Sales Service (Customer Support Team). This allows us to understand the issue, provide troubleshooting assistance when applicable, and confirm whether a return is necessary. Returns sent without prior contact and approval from our support team may be refused.

To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, labels, documentation, and accessories, in perfect resale condition. Products must not have been installed, used, modified, or damaged.

We strongly recommend taking photos or a video of the product before returning it to document its condition and avoid any disputes regarding signs of use or damage.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Each returned item will be inspected by our team upon receipt.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact our After-Sales Service and wait for return authorization.

  2. Once approved, send your order to the following address:

We strongly advise keeping the shipment tracking number. Without proof of delivery, we cannot guarantee receipt of your return package.

Once the product has been received, our team will inspect it and process your request. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of receipt for the return to be reviewed and processed.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will promptly issue a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the circumstances and your preference where applicable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For approved exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped as soon as possible after the inspection has been completed.
