1. Remove the original button

Press the original window switch button downwards, as if you were lowering the window. While holding it down, carefully insert a flat-head screwdriver underneath the lower edge of the button. Gently pry upwards until the button releases from the switch.

2. Install the replacement button

Position the new button with its upper section facing downwards, in the same orientation used when lowering the window. Following the position shown in the diagram, use your right index finger to hold the upper part in place, then press down on the lower section with your left thumb until the button securely clips into position.
