AC Vent Tab Clip For Mercedes-Benz ML W166 & GL X166 - 2012 to 2019

Restore your Mercedes-Benz ML W166 interior

This AC Vent Tab Clip is a direct replacement for the worn or broken original in your Mercedes-Benz ML W166. It is an easy, affordable interior repair that does not require replacing a complete assembly.

What you get

Replacement AC Vent Tab Clip for the Mercedes-Benz ML W166. Available versions: Front-Left, Front-Right, Central-Left, Central-Right, Rear-Left, Rear-Right. Compare the photos with your original part before ordering.

This part is similar to OE# 1668300054 - aftermarket product. It is not a genuine factory part, which keeps the price far below a dealer replacement while matching the original shape and fit.

Why replace it

Broken vent tabs and sliders are one of the most common interior faults: the vent can no longer be aimed or closed, and the only dealer fix is usually a complete vent assembly. This small repair part restores full airflow control for a fraction of that cost.

A tidy interior also matters when you sell the car: buyers notice broken trim and worn controls immediately, and a small repair like this one keeps the cabin looking cared for.

Quality and fit

The part is made to the dimensions of the original, so it lines up with the surrounding trim and uses the factory mounting points. It is checked before shipping.

The material is chosen to resist daily use, heat and UV exposure, so the new part keeps its color and its finish for years. No modification of the car is needed.

Installation

Remove the vent carefully with a plastic pry tool if needed, clip the new part onto the vent blade, and check that the vent swivels and closes smoothly.

Take a photo of the original part before removing it and compare it with the new one, so you can confirm the version and orientation.

Compatibility

Please compare the part with your original before ordering: check the shape, the mounting points and the position (left, right, front or rear) so the new part fits your car perfectly.
